Danish
Coffee, 2% milk

Lunch / PM snacks: 1:30pm
Veggie chili
1 English muffin
1/6 apple
8 tamari almonds
Water
Coffee, milk
2 vegan cookies
= 800

Dinner:
Water
Juiced: Beets, ginger, lemon, carrots = 100
Homemade tomato sauce with tons of tomatoes, spinach, onion, on a homemade whole wheat bun (300)
= 400

After dinner:
Water
Tea
Banana
1/4 c almonds
= 300

Calories: 2100
Exercise: Biked to work and back (30 min), walked 1 hour
