I want to reclaim that motivation that makes you GO FOR IT.
To be determined, consistent, driven, and persistent.
I may be crawling along....but I want to pick up speed...
Lots of Non-scale victories, as well as, on the scale.
Attitude is everything...but so is a strong sense of purpose.

I'm getting my head start now...and I'm doing very well.
I still need to boost my exercise energy but I WILL get there.
No more WHAT IFs....
We're going for the I DID IT.
