My First Day

I always eat pretty healthy. But, today after tracking my breakfast, I was surprised to see how many calories I had eaten. That was enlightening. I can see where I can make some changes already.

    Daily tracking of every meal helps me stay on track. I gain weight so easily, even with little slip-ups here and there. Tracking helps me figure out where I make mistakes.
