I have a husband and a 5 year old. I work full time too. How do people find the time to work out??? I wish I had more time to work out on a weekly basis. Any advice?
Get them involved too. Right now I have a 3 year old bouncing on a stability ball, an 8 year old running on the treadmill, a 12 year old riding a bike and my 9 year old is eating. LOL.But she just ran a mile at 6mph. Go to the park and play. That counts as exercise. Walk around the building at lunch. You will figure it out. Have fun while doing it. If you don't, you won't stick to it.
