A bit nervous

This past week, I have not been feeling on top of my game for the weight loss. Last weekend I vowed to have only one goal and that is to measure and keep portions in control. I did this some of the time but not as often as I should have. Yesterday, I did everything on my goal list except the exercise. Did not get to the weight class OR walk the dogs.

I am a bit nervous to see what the scale says tomorrow at my weekly weigh in.

If I have learned anything on the Spark, it is that today is a new day. Pick up and move forward. It is a new opportunity to commit to my measuring and exercise goals.

1.78 miles walked this morning. 40.03 to go.

    You are right, Nancy! Keep moving forward! Going to have to do this a bit myself. i have really thrown in the towel the last coupla days. You , however, have been mindful. You are an inspiration.

    Nancy you are doing great, do not beat yourself up, we all have slips and slides but it how you get up that counts my sweet and you seem to be getting up the right way xox
Honestly, 1 bad day, 1 bad week, 1 bad month does not make a lifetime and that is so true, TODAY is what counts and I know you can do it.
You have done a fab walk this morning so feel real proud of yourself, head up, chin up and keep marching forward.

    Yes, every day is a new way and the best of it is when you say yesterdey I completed all my goals ans challenges.
I have learned to be kind of myself and make my challenges reachable.
