This past week, I have not been feeling on top of my game for the weight loss. Last weekend I vowed to have only one goal and that is to measure and keep portions in control. I did this some of the time but not as often as I should have. Yesterday, I did everything on my goal list except the exercise. Did not get to the weight class OR walk the dogs.
I am a bit nervous to see what the scale says tomorrow at my weekly weigh in.
If I have learned anything on the Spark, it is that today is a new day. Pick up and move forward. It is a new opportunity to commit to my measuring and exercise goals.
