I don't know how I'm going to top yesterday. What a great start to my weekend! I met a friend for coffee, and the barista at Starbucks commented on how good I looked and how much weight I must have lost. And THEN I went to the gym for some swimming and a sports conditioning class. When the class was over, the instructor told me "you are awesome at this class." (It's kind of P90X-ish - agility drills, medicine ball stuff, it's really tough!)
And now today I am headed out for a group run. I bought some new runners on Sunday, and one of the girls from the local running club fitted me. She commented about how I should come out for a run on Saturday - there are tons of people and all different paces. So here I go! We got a little snow last night, and it looks beautiful. As long as the wind holds off (which I think it will), I will be just fine all bundled up.
- drink lots of water
- track all my food
- school work
- finish my resume and cover letter to send out to a potential employer (keep your fingers crossed!)
