I did not start this challenge in the begin i came into week 11 of it, and i have really liked some of the challenges, got you thinking about things and was good to do on the spread of a week, I like how it is laid back like that, there is only once a week tracking, as i do notice with other groups where it is more than once a week tracking i tend to fall behind. The place i notice i need to devote more of my attention to is loving myself, and being positive about myself, these cases i do find hard to do in challenges. Hopefully i can get passed it and one of these days do the challenges that ask me to talk of me positively. In the time i have been with this challenge i have lost 4 inches and 2 lbs. So that is good progress. In the 7 weeks i did the challenge i think, next round i will be for the whole round so hoping to do even better.
