Yes, Saturday is my favorite day of the week. A whole day stretches before me with nothing to do---well, nothing I "have" to do. I get to get up, drink my coffee and read the paper leisurely, and think about how to spend my time. A full 24 hours to spend as I please.

So, I could sit at the computer all day surfing (I have been known to do almost that). I could clean house and get things in order. I can do my taxes. I can veg out and watch movies. It's up to me.

But I do know this. If I choose to spend my time focused on my goals and if I think big picture (not immediate pleasure), I will have spent the day wisely and will sleep better tonight.
