This sucks!

I did everything perfectly for the past 4 days and I have not lost any weight. This is very discouraging.

    It can be discouraging if you look at that scale number as your only measure of success. Especially when you KNOW you were doing the right thing, you want that "pat on the back".

But scales are finicky things: remember, your body is the ultimate calculator, and it takes its own time doing these things. The real success lies in nurturing that body. It will eventually recognize that it is being well cared for, and come to its natural place... with so many benefits well beyond the scale!

Don't let one bummer week get you down. I know how frustrating that can be, but even slow steps forward will eventually get you to your goal.

    Hang in there!!! This is your weight loss bank account! You'll get your "paycheck" on payday! Sometimes paydays are little far apart. emoticon
