5% Winter Challenge Assignment # 10

This assignment is to get organized for the challenge.

So far I'm pretty much there, have my training plan ready. My house is already veganized to my liking.

What I haven't done, but have really wanted to do is start meal planning. As I have Sunday and Monday off in a week, I will use one of those days to plan, starting with a week.

    @Sparkchantal - No worries, they aren't for a grade or anything, and you can't turn them in late, you do them when you do them.

    @Anatashiki - when I'm in doubt I go VegWeb or even Chocolate Covered Katie (gives nutrition information on her stuff). I really have trouble finding calorie dense stuff. I just made a brown rice and veggie thing 125 calories for a hardy 200 gram serving!

    do it if it helps you , I don't like too much planning , I prefer to have a stock of acceptable food and improvise from there. there's nothing special I had to do for the challenge. do you know any good sites with vegan food? I found a ton but most of that stuff is hypercaloric .
