This assignment is to get organized for the challenge.
So far I'm pretty much there, have my training plan ready. My house is already veganized to my liking.
What I haven't done, but have really wanted to do is start meal planning. As I have Sunday and Monday off in a week, I will use one of those days to plan, starting with a week.
