Fitness: 1 hour Body Pump Class

8am - 4 slice bread (thin) cheese spread and jam
coffee

snack- apple, 4 saku(steamed sago balls in thin noodles)

Lunch: sumtam, sticky rice, hot chocolate 3 in 1

Snack: same as midmorning 4 pcs of saku, 1/2 cup coffee/ cocnut icecream

white rice + homemade yogurt + veg curry
