I've been trying to get 10,000 steps a day, at least 6 days a week. The weather doesn't always permit walking outside in Indiana but I found exercise TV/ walking program. If you can keep up with Leslie you will cover 3 miles in 45 minutes, including warm-up, cool down and stretches. She also has a 2 mile and 1 mile video. It has helped me to achieve my step goals this week, easy - do as much as you can do, and I can take it anywhere on my laptop or Ipad.
It amazes me, how many resources we have at our fingertips if we just use them.
