Started a 3 Mile Walking Program with Leslie Sansone

I've been trying to get 10,000 steps a day, at least 6 days a week. The weather doesn't always permit walking outside in Indiana but I found exercise TV/ walking program. If you can keep up with Leslie you will cover 3 miles in 45 minutes, including warm-up, cool down and stretches. She also has a 2 mile and 1 mile video. It has helped me to achieve my step goals this week, easy - do as much as you can do, and I can take it anywhere on my laptop or Ipad.

It amazes me, how many resources we have at our fingertips if we just use them.

    Hi FLUFFYWONKENOBE, Leslie really makes it easy to stick to the program. I could never do 3 miles just walking around the neighborhood, it's all I can do to get a mile in if I'm lucky.
You are a long way from home. I just moved back to Indiana in 2000 after being away for 18 years.

    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Leslie!! The only workout program I have ever been able to do & stick with! I have never been, shall we say, graceful?? (I'm a first-class clutz!!) Most workouts require much more coordination than the good Lord saw fit to bless me with. But Leslie's workouts are so simple even I can do them!

(btw, also from Indiana - Portland, to be exact) - currently living in Louisiana but I'm really a northern gal!
