I finally made it to the store, so I'm back to my regular oatmeal breakfast. I also made whole wheat pizza tonight for dinner. I added broccoli, onions and spinach to mine. It was perfect. I didn't make it to the gym tonight but I did spend an hour on the Gazelle at home!
I hit my 15,000 steps again but fell just slightly short on calories. Overall, a wonderful day!
