I was not diligent today and mindlessly had a full day of what I would normally call "healthy" meals. Started with a berry smoothie for breakfast, fiber bar, salmon salad. I can go on but the bottom line is that each meal in itself was "healthy". The rude awakening was at the end of the day when I calculated on my nutrititional tracker how far over my designated calorie count I was. What happened?? I guess the blessing in this is now I know better and it was just one day. Whew!! Back on track tomorrow!!
