Well I got up this morning and was not as stuffy. I took another Alka Seltzer even though I did not feel as stuffy. I was scheduled for * hours today and I needed to be at my best. Earlier in the day I was beginning to feel a little more stuffy. I used my saline solution and that went away. I really feel fortunate that I have not gone into the flu deal. I have really been over popping the vitamins C and D. All of this has worked for me. we have had people coming in rally sick. one couple came in and the wife had the flu and the son had just been picked up from 4 days in the hospital. My co=worker has been really knocked over by this. I will continue to do the overload on the votes for a couple more days. I will say this does make me not want to eat
