first long run training for this half

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: this run made me REALLY miss bidwell park... i used to go trail running there and it was wonderful! weston bend--while being a nice little park--is no Bidwell. i had to run three different trails to get in the full 5 miles and they were all paved! oh, so sad! emoticon i miss real trails...
this was my first long run in preparing for the half this May--overall it went well. it was pretty cold--however it started snowing this evening so i guess that's why it felt cold! lol! i just kept my head down and pushed on and it worked out ok :-) next week--6 miles!
