I got in over 10,100 steps. That is a huge improvement for me. My highest has been a little over 8,000.
I worked out... A LOT
I tried Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt for the first time and loved it. I added a small mashed banana to it. The best part is, it didn't bother my lactose intolerance. This is great news for me.
I had leftovers for dinner. Grilled chicken breast no skin, sauteed asparagus and steamed broccoli. It has made me realize that as long as I have a plate full of vegetables I love, I don't need rice with it. Of course I will still have rice some times. Just not every day like I used to.
Overall, I'm extremely proud of myself today. I'm also exhausted, so off to bed I go.
