so, i haven't been sticking to my nicely thought out calories. so it makes me think, should i aim for less so i'm more likely to hit my actual goal. or will it feel restrictive and i'll rebel and do worse... hmmm. thoughts to think on.

    It's okay to start slowly. Also, think about all that you're adding to your diet rather than focusing on what you're getting rid of... like adding more of your favorite fruits and vegetables. I wish you the best!
