I am happy when I list the food I ate, I can put in "skip fast foods" because I am eating more fruits and veggies. Just too many carbs still. I ate a bowl of granola for breakfast with 2 small green apples with cinnamon,, oatmeal for lunch with raisins and dinner is chicken, baked potato and green beans. Twice the amount of carbs that I want to eat a day, but at least I am eating more freggies daily.
