Eating too many carbs, but adding freggies

I am happy when I list the food I ate, I can put in "skip fast foods" because I am eating more fruits and veggies. Just too many carbs still. I ate a bowl of granola for breakfast with 2 small green apples with cinnamon,, oatmeal for lunch with raisins and dinner is chicken, baked potato and green beans. Twice the amount of carbs that I want to eat a day, but at least I am eating more freggies daily.

    Due to illness I am eating too many carbs right now too and am looking forward to when I can cu back.

    You sound like a oatmeal person -- like me. Love the stuff. You're still doing great though. Maybe just have one oatmeal serving a day rather two. The best thing is that you aren't eating junk food. emoticon

    More fruits and veggies is a success -- way to go. Eat enough fruit and veggies and you won't have room for the extra carbs:)
