I've been telling myself this for the last couple of days. I have made it to the gym two days so far this week, but I am really aiming for at least 4 days a week. This is my 'Lenten promise' to myself to keep me going when it gets tough during this long stretch of winter. Instead of giving something up for Lent, I want to gain something for Lent--my health and strength!
And so I will remind myself to get to the gym both days over the weekend to make up for the couple of days I missed. I have absolutely no plans this weekend, so no excuses!
