We all have our set backs. Whether it is going to Jack in the box at 1 am (SO GUILTY), having that Starbucks (VERY GUILTY), or failing to do the gym on schedule (do you have to ask?). As you might guess I'm guilty of all sorts of set backs. When I stop and look at them individually they do not seem that big or that bad, but when I step back and look at the big picture, I begin to notice a pattern. I like food, I like sweets. I have cut a significant amount out in the past few months. I could let myself get down when I fail to stick to my desired routine, or I can keep on moving on.
If you haven't guessed my desire is to keep moving forward. I took my measurements and even with all my failures. I've lost inches since November. It really is time to buckle down and get this stuff done.
April 24, 2013 is a formal event that I would like to look good for. May 4, 2013 is my Mini. I do not have many days to prepare but I have enough if I stick to my guns. So let's see if I can!
