Well I am still dancing on the normal bmi and overweight bmi line.

I am trying to get over that hump. It seems that I can't get under 25.19. I'm still working on it and I hope to get it soon. I guess my two week goal because a feb goal will soon be my march goal buit I'm not giving up this time no matter how long it takes. I just have to keep telling myself that, I'm not giving up. i'm not giving up not this time.

    You can do it...keep tracking and drinking that water. Add 10 minutes to your exercise routine, or change it up a little to challenge your body some more.
You're so very close and I know you will get there! Keep up the great work!
