Friday a better day

Friday, February 15, 2013

Had a good sleep, great early morning and then a nice visit with anjays- journey. We chatted about naturopaths and recipe books.
Didn't have a head ache today and not a lot of pain. Some but then there is always some.
Didnt' get a lot done but had a good day. Only bad part was my L foot lol
Hubby and I had a nap I said I really want you to rub my back, anwyay my foot got a spasm and wow my toes all stood up and were stuck. said rub them get them down then the pain weht to the top of my foot my instep he was so amazed at how tight it all was. Has happened to me by myself before but guess he thought i was exagerating.
So ended up having to stand up and try to get them to lay flat. Has to be something really wrong going on with my body.

Other than that 10 mins or so was a nice day, visit with spark friend, quiet afternoon with hubby, and now just finishing up a chat on msn with another spark buddy. Now think I will take dog for walk then go to bed early this eve. hope to sleep well again tonight.

NOt sure whats on store for tomorrow, dd not feeling well, gettign what her hubby had. so probaby not anythign special.
sleep well buddies and pleasant dreams
