Day back to work. We had three public area cleaners on at the hotel but one of us got pulled for cleaning rooms and we were down to two. It still wasn't too bad though. Got all my goals done yestarday and got in a 45 minute walk. I did go over my calorie range, and the 2000 calorie mark though.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories.
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
