Week 1, Day 4

Valentines day proved to be a struggle, ate half as much as I would normally at dinner. Stomach must be adjusting to these smaller meals :) However, Valentine's day chocolates put me over for the day. I was happy that I didn't over fill myself though and we had a wonderful night! (LAST VALENTINES AS AN UNWED COUPLE!!!!)
Today I am back on track with a fabulous lunch packed with avacados, tomatoes, lean meats and low carb sandwhich thin! Dinner on the same path as well.
Working some OT tomorrow - already have the day planned and tracked. Saturday's are rough for me but I am in the right mindset to get things done.
Didn't meet my goal due to Valentines day but I will be spending some time on the elliptical Sunday instead of going shopping for my reward. Either way I see it as a win - win situation :)
