Daily Motivation Day 22

Imagine yourself doing something at your goal weight that you can't do at your current weight, whether it's fitting into an airplane seat, riding a rollercoaster or walking up a flight of stairs without getting winded. How does it make you feel to see yourself actually doing it without pain or discomfort?
I did a yoga session (video) with one of my gf. I remembers when the open hip stretches winded me and I ached but I could do it with ease. In fact I knew the pose names and was able to listen without looking up at the screen. I felt empowered by how well I felt. I have more practice to open my legs but I'm seeing improvement from Day 1!!
