Its been awhile. I've been in a slump. Mainly due to being overworked and exhausted but because of that I've gone lazy in the workouts and eating right. All that changed this week and I feel like I'm rebooting back to my old self that actually craved exercise and tracking foods, etc. Its been awhile since Ive been in that zone. Feel like a blog is in order to keep me accountable.
This is the first week of Lent which helped in the eating right dept.
No Starbucks, Fast Food, White bread, White rice, and Soda
I ate within range EVERY DAY this week (2 of the 7 days on the lower end)
I drank at least 16 cups of water EVERY DAY
I burned at least 700 calories each day, except Wednesday where I burned 600.
I've consistently dropped 0.5-1.0lbs each day since Monday. Feels great :)
Weekends ahead...true test if I can stay "good".
