I want to lose weight...
-to be fit and healthy
as I want to avoid diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes that claimed my parents' lives!
-to get to Onederland
as I haven't been there in decades!
-to get out of the obese range
as I would really like to stop buying clothes with Xs on the tags!
-to be able to run
as I want to be able to run, play, and keep up with my husband and kids!
-to break food's addiction on me
as I am tired of living in bondage!
-to have energy
as I am tired of being "too tired" to participate in fun things!
I want to look good and feel good! I want to not feel like people judge me by my weight. I want to be a role model to my children and others! I want to quit hiding and get out and enjoy life! I want to live life to its fullest! I want to enjoy and live life NOW not 50 pounds from now!
