Well last week I lost another half pound, bringing me down to 122, but this morning when I stepped on the scale I got a rather unpleasant surprise... I was back up to 125 pounds
. Had to think about what I ate this past week... last night was not good, Kevin got us take-out from our favorite chinese place, as well as my favorite flavor of ice cream, mint chocolate chip, and he also got shell topping for it. Though I didn't eat a whole lot of either of those two things, we also ate at Golden Corral (one of our favorite buffet restaurants) last Saturday, plus I went back to my weight workouts this week as well. Trying to find ways to make my P90x workouts more intense as well - I try to use heavier weights as much as I can, but sometimes they hurt my joints..not sure if that means I'm not holding them right or what. I definitely intend to keep pressing on though.
