Well last week I lost another half pound, bringing me down to 122, but this morning when I stepped on the scale I got a rather unpleasant surprise... I was back up to 125 pounds emoticon. Had to think about what I ate this past week... last night was not good, Kevin got us take-out from our favorite chinese place, as well as my favorite flavor of ice cream, mint chocolate chip, and he also got shell topping for it. Though I didn't eat a whole lot of either of those two things, we also ate at Golden Corral (one of our favorite buffet restaurants) last Saturday, plus I went back to my weight workouts this week as well. Trying to find ways to make my P90x workouts more intense as well - I try to use heavier weights as much as I can, but sometimes they hurt my joints..not sure if that means I'm not holding them right or what. I definitely intend to keep pressing on though.

    I think the only two ways to make it more intense is to lift heavier weights. Not to heavy becasue you can injure yourself too! But as heavy as you can handle. or more reps. The only other way i can think of improving it is to maybe try to keep your heart rate up during the down times by running in place or something?? are you doing classic or lean?? that might make a difference too. :)
