Yesterday I felt very weak and sore...sore from the weight training workouts and weak from being sick for so I went for a walk and same with today...I also did major house cleaning that took everything I had in me...hopefully next week I will become by day my body will completely heal and feel awesome Hopefully next week I can kick butt
