Well, Valentine's Day is gone and I'm left with a few things around the house that are not the best foods for me. What to do? I'm grazing ... fixating on food ... need a little help.
Throw them in the trash. What ... you want that garbage to go through you first? Nuh uh. Throw it out, flush it down, pour dirt on it or spray them with windex ... you don't need to sabotage yourself with those calories.

If you're like me, you can't have it in the house. If it's out of sight, it's out of mind. Make sure you transition away from those things, give them away, bring them to work, whatever it takes to prevent those hurdles and impediments from harming your progress and personal goals.
