Day 46 - Fitness
Plan to walk in afternoon. I remembered to wear my ankle support. Today is a beautiful day for walking
Day 24- Salad, raw veggies and fruit
So today is my day to eat out. I went to Wahoos and decided I wanted a sandwich and a garden salad. However, there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the cashier. I ended up with a garden salad and a fish salad.
At first I was going to correct the mistake. But then I realize maybe it was not really a mistake. The garden salad had mushrooms, sliced tomato and larger pieces of carrots. I combined the two salad and it was yummy. Of course, I could not eat it all, so now I have a snack for the afternoon.
I finally weighed myself and I am down 7 pounds since starting this streak. Of course, I want it to be more, but that is just "diet" thinking. I know my confidence has increased. I do not cringe in the mirror when I am undressed. Plus, I am enjoying dressing up and wearing makeup.
This weekend is a long weekend for me. 4 days. I have resolved not to bring home anything that causes me to binge or eat because I am bored.
Thanks so much to all of you that read my blog. You provide me with extra accountability. It strengthens my resolve because I do not want to write about a broken streak.
UPDATE: Too much work to walk in afternoon, so I did the turbo jam video.
