Run #170 Not fast, not long, just consistant.

That's me. I don't run particularly far or particularly fast; I'm just consistent about going running. Add on another 3 miles. No sprints again today. I'm still really tired from the bad night we had Wednesday. But I got more sleep last night and today's run was a little easier. Looking forward to the 3 day weekend. Got a surprise tour planned for DH in the city, and Don Quixiote ballet on Sunday.

    Good for you - running three miles is just fine.
