Why didn't I do this before?

Today I tried something completely new. I had been doing the Jillian Michaels body revolution workouts and thought they were ok. Just too tedious for my liking. So today I tried a higher intesity HIIT workout from www.bodyrock.tv
OMG!!!! I felt it all over and am still breathing a little hard. It was tough. Made it through 2 of the 3 four minute rounds. It was INTENSE!!!!! I am loving this though. It is a different workout everyday. 6 days a week. They offer modifications and tell you to only do what you can and nolt push too hard. But they also encourage you to do more than you think you can.
I can't wait for tonight to see what tomorrow's workout will be.

    Good for you! Sometimes just finding the right combination that works is the hardest part...but then when you find it, it feels great! I think we find those things exactly when we're ready. emoticon
