Today I tried something completely new. I had been doing the Jillian Michaels body revolution workouts and thought they were ok. Just too tedious for my liking. So today I tried a higher intesity HIIT workout from www.bodyrock.tv
OMG!!!! I felt it all over and am still breathing a little hard. It was tough. Made it through 2 of the 3 four minute rounds. It was INTENSE!!!!! I am loving this though. It is a different workout everyday. 6 days a week. They offer modifications and tell you to only do what you can and nolt push too hard. But they also encourage you to do more than you think you can.
I can't wait for tonight to see what tomorrow's workout will be.
