Here are Tuesday -- Friday's workouts. Sorry for being behind!
Plank- hold for 1 minute
Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds.
10 Sit-ups or Crunches - whatever you prefer
10 Deadlifts - keep a slight bend in your knees
10 Superman - you should remember these from Tuesday!
1 minute Plank
Optional - 30 seconds of mountain climbers - If you want to do just a little more!
Wall Sit – 30 seconds
10 Bicep Curl with dumbbells
10 Row with dumbbells
10 jump Squats
