Yay!! I have not had pop...even a sip since the beginning of the month. I've limited my liquids to water, coffee, tea and juice. I've also cut down on the amount of chocolate!! only three times this month...including a couple of pieces of Lindt chocolate for breakfast this morning...Okay not the best breakfast, but my dear daughter gave it to me on my way to bed last night and I didn't have any then.

    So, now on to better meals and forget what is in the past....you've got to be able to say "goodbye" to it!!

Just keep on keeping on...remember, "this, too, will pass!
