Well, after a false start and my usual bout of SADs, it took a little while for me to get back into the swing of tracking and sticking to my calorie range but I have succeeded and am pleased to say I've now lost 9.7lbs since 2nd January. I'm feeling much better about myself as a result and I'm not finding it too hard to stick to at the moment.

I plan to start getting back into some physical activity from Monday, just a gradual increase in stationary cycling until I can manage 10 minutes everyday and then I will add in some strength exercises.
