Mid-Month Update

So I weighed in this week and I have OFFICIALLY made it to my first short term goal. OH!! BUT WAIT!! The great news doesn't stop there. I went a step further and decided to take my measurements. *Drum roll please*
-10lbs lighter
-lost 3in on my waist
-lost 2in on my hips
-lost 2.5in on my arms

Yes, I'm turning in to QUITE the FINE BROWN FRAME!! HOWEVER, while I am on a high, I know that things can turn very quickly if not maintained. These numbers motivate me, and I know I must keep up the momentum. I've printed the measurement numbers so that I can put them in a place that I can see them regularly, as a reminder and as a motivator.

I haven't been working out as much as I'd like ( or as much as I can for that matter) . That is to change immediately. I have learned some things about pain. All pain is not bad pain. Some pain is good pain and means that your body is healing, rejuvenating, reviving itself from wear, tear and misuse. Recognize which pain you are actually experiencing and decide whether it is necessary to rest or push through. Right now it think that it's time to PUSH to the next level. emoticon
