I'm back and ready to roll.

My routine is pretty straight forward. I'm going to walk 6 mornings a week and do tae bo or something else at least 3 evenings each week.

Now... my diet... I think for now I'm just going add more fruits and veggies . I'll post an update next Friday. :-)
