Mid-Feb Updates

Just a quick check-in to update a couple of changes and see how everyone is doing.

so Happy Day-After Valentines! Hope everyone had a wonderful day celebrating love with your favorite peoples. This year I spent it exploring the Pulitzer Art Foundation and Contemporary Art Museum with my BF and generally just hanging out with the guy because he's a pretty cool dude. He did well too- no BIG gifts- just some chocolate covered strawberries, a soy hot chocolate from starbucks, and a cute/funny card. keeping it simple. love it.

so the big update in my life? I got a SMARTPHONE! Woot!! and in doing so, I have downloaded the myfitnesspal app.. sorry spark, but i'm a cheapo. I'm using it to track food/exercise, but nothing else. still will be on good ol spark for talking with all of you and blogging bc this is my home :-)

also in getting the new big kid technology... i have Instagram now! so find me... and follow me... @kittsyk because i post all sorts of lovelies there

in using the myfitnesspal app i have decided to start eating quite a bit more food. this is an experiement, but so far it seems to be working. i dropped 3lbs-ish in a week. so I think I'll keep this up and see what happens!

other than that still plugging away at my Feb Goals. I've got 2 more bible books to read and about 300fitness min left. Definitely feeling stronger this month!
