I Smile - A lot!

Friday, February 15, 2013

One of the things I like about myself is that I smile nearly all the time.

I wake up and smile, I smile before I go to sleep - I am a perpetual smiler!

I can always find something to smile about.

Smiling lifts my mood, and elevates the mood of those around me.

I am often called Smiley!

And that makes me smile!

I try to remind myself to smile and I definitely believe that the act of smiling lightens your mood. I've also noticed that as I've aged, if I smile I look younger so it's a natural face lift!

My kids all have different personalities - some wake up grumpy as ever in the mornings until the ease into their day. I have two that actually wake up smiling - especially if they see me sitting next to them when they wake up. It truly brightens my day. It is their personality - and they light any room they enter. Looks like you have it too!

Congratulations! I like smiley people. I'm one of those people that have to remind myself to smile. I'm happy enough. I just forget to show it. I'm glad you can share your smile with the world. Keep it up!
