So I've been eating mostly healthy foods, but I'm still hungry once I reach my 1600-calorie daily limit. Do I listen to my body and go ahead and eat on those days, or do I listen to the tracker and go to bed hungry?? So far, I've been leaning toward the "listening to my body" side of things, but I'm not convinced this is the best choice in the long run. Advice? Thanks!
