Moving Forward

I know I have not been on the site for awhile had some computer issues. But I must say I am still working on my goal of losing. In the past 2 months I have lost 13 pounds. I have been drinking lots of water. I saw on the Today Show that our bodies were not made to sit 8 hours a day, so at work I wear flat shoes and stand for at least 5 hours at work. I also have had weighs and use them as well through out the day, this has been helpful in my positive loss.
I hate to exercise but I move through out the day and it is working, I also walk at work during the day....I must say that I am so proud of myself, gotta keep it going. This morning I played chase with my pups in the house, fun morning they are knocked out! Love it!

    Congratulations on your weight loss. I am lucky enough to have a job where I can walk indoors during my morning and afternoon breaks and during my lunch hour. It really adds up. emoticon
