I've been seeing less scale results lately. I gained back a couple of pounds and have only lost .4 lbs of it back off in over a week. I haven't been sticking strictly to my diet. (I have gotten more than my fair share of Valentine's Day candy.) I also have been exercising less consistently. Don't get me wrong. I'm still exercising, doing my cardio and strength training and all that, but it's not as laid out of a plan like when I was still doing the January Bootcamp.
I've been running again. I might trying doing the 5k running plan. I finished day 1 of it. I still need to get in 2 days of running this week.
Besides the lack of results on the scale, a couple of my family members have commented that I look like I've lost weight. (My mom and my grandma. So I'm not sure how accurate that is.) I feel like my stomach looks smaller.
