As you can see, this week has been problematic.
My plan is to burn 500 more calories than I consume each day. But I've been eating desserts (fantastic cherry pie that my DH brought home from a special bakery to surprise me for Valentine's Day week - SURPRISE!) and not getting in the total exercise I like.
Ah yes, this has been an off week. But that's the way it is. The journey continues and I've boosted my exercise yesterday and already launched my day with a great bike ride before work this morning. AND THE PIE IS GONE!
