Ahh well...I've not done p90x in about a month. Honestly...I find it irritating and kind of boring. I like going to the gym much better. Maybe I'm not getting the same kind of workout but...I figure it's better to go workout in some way everyday than dread it and end up not doing it. I might give it another try later but for now the gym is working better for me.
I guess I haven't been losing that much I dunno. I'm trying to eat healthy. I don't know what else to do. I'm trying to push myself. I just hope it pays off.

You know...I look back at pictures of me last summer when I was around 160 lbs...(and I realize that you're probably like 160--that's not small). well No, it's not rail-thin. But I looked GOOD.
And I thought I was fat.

...I just want to get back to that weight. I've got about 30 lbs to go. I just want to accomplish it before the end of August.

    If going to the gym is working better for you then you should go there and when you want to try the PX90 later then you have that option there for you too.
