Hey there! I had a very busy week at work, very tirering so I didn't do as much exercise as I had planned. But I still managed to drop 2 more pounds. Yeah!
I ate on track 5 out of the 7 days, and the 2 days I was off, were by less then 200 calories so I'm cool with that.
