Nutrition Challenge- Day 12

Almost halfway through the challenge!

Can't complain about that!
I'm still feeling GREAT!!!!! And the weird part...yes, still NO SUGAR CRAVINGS!!!! I have no idea how or why this is happening, but I love it.
This week's WODs so far:
Sunday: Open Gym. Backsquat triples & Rowing Helen (sub 400M row for run).
Split Jerk 2-2-2-2-2
50 Shoulder to OH (95/63)
Time: ??? Can't remember. I started off doing a single/double combo, but gave up on counting and just did 2:1 singles. Oh well. I did 43# for the shoulder to overhead and knees to elbowsish for TTB.
Tuesday: Active Rest (2 miles of walking round trip commuting to school)
2-2-2-2-2 (103#, PR for doubles!)
5 Rounds for time:
8 Deadlift (275/203) 143#
12 Pull-ups (purple & red)
Time: 9:15 (I think). I was nervous about the deadlifts after my last DL WOD. I thought about going super light, but ended up going heavier than the WOD where my form was messed up. I REALLY concentrated and had no problems not rounding my back. I have no idea what was going on that day, but I'm glad I didn't hold back on Wednesday and let my dead lifting fear go on any longer!
Today's WOD is that snatch one from last year's open. I'm not too excited about it, but oh well.
Tomorrow is Oly class and then a mid-challenge Paleo potluck!
