So I have been battling exercise for years. I love to exercise. I love the way it makes me feel (most of the time) but I have never been great at it. It was hard and I tended to pass out a lot. I have been on medication for my thyroid for the past six months and it seems to be helping with the passing out part (or maybe I am just now starting to get into shape) but working out is getting easier. I always wanted to be able to run but it was too hard/boring/I would pass out after 5 minutes of running. I started a couch to 5k program a couple of months ago and have really been enjoying it. However, on the days that the program tells me to run for 20 minutes I can never make it through without having to walk for a couple of minutes. UNTIL TODAY!!!! I ran for 25 minutes straight without stopping. I feel amazing. I am increasing my distance and soon I will be able to increase my speed. Watch out world...here I come! Running!
