I had an eating disaster last night, but I made up with it with better choices and more cardio, putting my totals for the week....
Week 1:

lbs Lost: 6.2
Cardio Min: 77 (did three walk/runs)
Strength Min: 22
Flexibility Min: 30
In addition to my cardio min this week, I tried to be extra active with chores and cleaning. I did overeat on Thurs, but was in range every other day, and I've been working on eating /much/ less processed food, so I am counting this week as a major win :) I think some of the loss was water weight, but I don't care.. I feel really good, and I am ready to keep going.
